RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made on www.cizaraessence.com, operated by H & B, the legal entity managing the brands Cizara and SeptEssence.

By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrance-related items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Perfume products are classified as personal-use and hygiene-sensitive items. Therefore, once dispatched and delivered, they cannot be returned, resold, or reused.

We request customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

2. NO REFUNDS

All sales made on www.cizaraessence.com are final.

We do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed and processed.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event that:

• You receive a damaged product, or
• You receive an incorrect product,

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at:

Your email must include:

• Order number
• Clear images of the product
• Images of outer packaging
• Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, H & B may, at its sole discretion:

• Offer a replacement of the same product (The replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 days.)
  OR
• Provide store credit

No monetary refund will be issued.

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be considered.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or dispatched.

If you wish to request cancellation immediately after placing an order, please contact us promptly. Cancellation approval remains solely at the discretion of H & B.

5. REFUND MODE (IF APPLICABLE)

If a refund is exceptionally approved under special circumstances, it will be processed through the original payment method and will be credited within 7–10 working days.
