These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.cizaraessence.com (“Website”), owned and operated by H & B, the legal entity managing the fragrance brands Cizara and SeptEssence.

By accessing or purchasing from this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

1. ABOUT THE BUSINESS

H & B operates the fragrance brands Cizara and SeptEssence and sells perfumes and related fragrance products through www.cizaraessence.com.

All products displayed on the Website are sold directly by H & B.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

If you are under 18, purchases must be made under parental or legal guardian supervision.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Product colours and packaging may vary slightly.

  • Fragrance perception may differ between individuals.

  • Packaging updates may occur without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. NAME ON BOTTLE (PERSONALISATION)

Certain products may offer the option of “Name on Bottle” customisation.

By selecting this option:

  • You confirm that the name and details entered are accurate.

  • H & B is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect information provided by you.

  • Once an order with Name on Bottle is processed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during transit.

5. PRODUCT USAGE & SAFETY

Our perfumes contain alcohol and fragrance compounds.

Customers are advised to:

  • Perform a patch test before full application.

  • Avoid contact with eyes.

  • Keep away from direct heat or flame.

  • Store in a cool, dry place.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

H & B shall not be liable for allergic reactions, misuse, improper storage, or individual sensitivities unless caused by a manufacturing defect.

6. PRICING, TAXES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in INR.

As per your Shipping & Tax Policy

:

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes under Indian law.

  • No hidden charges apply unless specified.

  • Shipping is currently free unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayTM, or other authorized providers.

H & B does not store complete card details.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order is confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment

  • Confirmation email issued by H & B

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

:

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7–10 days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external conditions.

  • H & B is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, political disruptions, or natural calamities.

9. DAMAGES OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In case of damaged or incorrect product delivery:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear product images

    • Outer packaging images

    • Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, H & B may, at its discretion:

  • Provide a replacement
    OR

  • Offer store credit

No monetary refund will be issued.

Claims raised after the specified timeline may not be considered.

10. NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS

As per your Return & Refund Policy

Cizara Essence Policies

:

  • Perfumes are personal-use, hygiene-sensitive products.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered.

  • All sales are final.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or dispatched.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including:

  • Brand names Cizara & SeptEssence

  • Website design

  • Product images

  • Logos

  • Text and descriptions

are the intellectual property of H & B.

No content may be reproduced without prior written permission.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted under Indian law:

  • H & B shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product concerned.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

H & B shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
